The third annual, Mid City Mirco-Con presented by the East Baton Rouge Paris Library System, will be held on August 29th and will be a virtual event due to Covid-19.
This year’s theme is “Creating the Future, Expanding Our Universe.” This all-day virtual event will celebrate diversity in comic book characters, fantastical worlds, creators, and their fans! We’ll highlight traditionally underrepresented voices in comics, art, and fandoms through discussion panels, cosplay, workshops, a virtual scavenger hunt, and prizes!
Chenese will be moderating a panel In Living Color: YouTube, Podcasts, & Online Content from 10:00-11:00 am CST on YouTube Live. This virtual panel will discuss comics and content creation beyond the page.
